The Hart Family Foundation, Inc. was established in 2016 by Emmett David Hart, Jr. Mr. Hart is Chairman and co-owner of Mountville Mills, Inc. and led the company for over 40 years. He has a strong belief in giving back to the community that gave him and his family so much.
